  • If you have a user login for this website (e.g. expired members, non-members who have signed up for NDEO programs in the past), use those credentials to log into the NDEO website and follow the steps for members above. You must submit a $40 fee to submit your session.
  • If you do not have a user login for this site, you must first Create an Account by clicking here. Once you have an account, you can follow the steps for members above. You must submit a $40 fee to submit your session.
Having trouble? A few things to note:
  • Logging in to your account: If you have an existing account with NDEO you can login here. If you have any issues logging in, you can reset your password. Most account usernames are email addresses. If you have tried to reset your password and are unsuccessful please email
  • Non-member submission: We are aware of an issue with submitting the non-member submission fee. If you are having trouble, please contact or call 301.585.2880 for assistance.
  • Presenter Bios: As session proposals are scored blind, presenter bios are not reviewed at this time, and there is no place to submit them in the submission form. After acceptance, we will prompt each presenter to update their NDEO member profile with their current bio. If you have already prepared bios, please go ahead and update your member profile now!
  • Adding co-presenters: If your co-presenter does NOT have an existing NDEO account, you will need to create one for them to add them to the session submission. There is no fee for this (they can become a member after session acceptance), but you will need the following information from them: name, email, address, and institution. You will also need to select a username and password for the account. Alternatively, you can have them create their own NDEO account here, and then once created, you’ll be able to search for and add it to the session submission.
