Vendor Booth Options

*No admission to conference sessions or food events. If you're not a paid conference attendee but would like to attend one of our food events please email for options.

Single Vendor Table - $675

What's Included

Skirted 6'x30" table

These books will not be printed. All attendees will recieve the program book digitally.

  • Full Page (7 1/4" X 9 1/4") - $650
  • 1/2 Page (7/1/4" X 4 7/8") - $450
  • 1/4 Page (3 9/16" X 4 7/8") - $250

Scholar's Corner

All Scholars will need to provide an image, a description of the book and a link for attendees to purchase the book onsite. Authors must pick up books from the Scholar's Corner Table by 6pm on Monday September 30th. Any uncollected books will be discarded. NDEO will not be receiving any printed materials in the mail. Interested authors must be able to drop off their book in person.

Individual/Institutional Member Discounts

Paid Conference Attendees:

This fee is in addition to the full conference registration fee. 1-day conference registrations and student conference registrations are not eligible for the discounted table price.

  • Individual Members who are also registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
    You are eligible to reserve up to 1 table at a 50% discount if you are also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Contact to request the discount. This discount will not be honored if you are reserving a table for an Institution, Organization, or Business. Discounts not valid for student conference registrants or one-day registrants.
  • Institutional Members with faculty members registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
    The Institution is eligible to reserve up to 1 table at a 25% discount if a faculty member is also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Discounts not valid for student conference registrants or one-day registrants. Contact to request the discount. Tables must be reserved for the Institution that holds the membership.

*Discount will be applied on your invoice after confirmaiton of Conference Registration.
