We are working with Maryland Nonprofits to review the organization and our programs through the lens of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). This year long initiative will help provide a roadmap for organizational and programmatic changes over the next few years as NDEO embodies its commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization.
As part of this project, Maryland Nonprofits is conducting an anonymous survey of NDEO members. The purpose of this survey is to obtain feedback on your experience with NDEO. Your input and feedback are important. This survey is confidential and anonymous. Information shared for review and analysis will be aggregated without individual attribution.
