Follow the steps below to submit a session for the 2025 NDEO National Conference.

Current NDEO Members
  1. Go to your Member Dashboard on the NDEO website.
  2. Click on Session Proposals in the lefthand menu.
  3. Select Topic Group: Conference 2025 and Topic Category: General Submissions.
  4. You can work on and save in progress submissions here. You will return to this place to work on pending submission, submit them, and confirm accepted sessions.
  5. If you have any issues logging into the website and accessing your Member Dashboard, please email membership@ndeo.org.
Non-members
  • If you have a user login for this website (e.g. expired members, non-members who have signed up for NDEO programs in the past), use those credentials to log into the NDEO website and follow the steps for members above. You must submit a $40 fee to submit your session.
  • If you do not have a user login for this site, you must first Create an Account by clicking here. Once you have an account, you can follow the steps for members above. You must submit a $40 fee to submit your session.
Having trouble? A few things to note:
  • Logging in to your account: If you have an existing account with NDEO you can login here. If you have any issues logging in, you can reset your password. Most account usernames are email addresses. If you have tried to reset your password and are unsuccessful please email membership@ndeo.org.
  • Adding co-presenters: If your co-presenter does NOT have an existing NDEO account, you will need to create one for them to add them to the session submission. There is no fee for this (they can become a member after session acceptance), but you will need the following information from them: name, email, address, and institution. You will also need to select a username and password for the account. Alternatively, you can have them create their own NDEO account here, and then once created, you’ll be able to search for and add it to the session submission.
  • Presenter Bios: In addition to submitting your presenter bios directly into the form, you should upload all presenter bios in an editable (Word) document via the Document Upload function in the session submission portal.
    • Save your proposal as a draft before uploading any documents!
    • Please title your document with no more than 40 characters. It can be as short as just "bio"
    • If you get an error message when putting in the documents, please try to clear your cache or use a different browser
