Click on the button below to access your State Affiliate Report that shows all new member signups and renewal for the quarterly time-period. In order to receive the Quarterly dues payment, you must print out your report (or save it as a PDF file) and send that along with an Invoice to NDEO in order to be paid. This is effective immediately.
