NDEO Member Pricing
  • Regular (available 7/1 - 9/30) - $445
  • Late (available 10/1 - conference) - $495
NDEO Student Member Pricing

Eligible for NDEO Undergraduate and Graduate Student Members. These special discounted prices are available through 9/30/22.

  • $175 for those who attend a university/college that is an NDEO institutional member
  • $225 for those who do not attend NDEO institutional member schools

Pre-Conference Intensives

All available pre-conference intensives are included with your pre-conference day registration. When registering, please select which intensives you plan to attend to reserve your spot. When an intensive is at capacity, you may join the waitlist, and we will notify you if a spot opens.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: $50 administration fee charged. No refunds after 9/30/22 

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION: Any changes made to registration after payment may incur a $50 admin fee (per registration).

Registration Discounts

NDEO offers several opportunities for free and reduced conference registration.

  • Professional Development Scholarships: Scholarship recipients receive a $600 credit to be used toward NDEO professional development, including our conferences. Deadline to apply is April 30th.
  • Conference Student Scholarships: For eligible undergraduate and graduate students, the scholarship provides complimentary conference registration and NDEO membership for a year. Application will open July 5th and be due July 26th.
  • Conference Proposal Adjudication: Help shape conference by reviewing session proposals. Adjudicators receive a $100 discount on their registration. Application deadline is March 25th.
  • Conference Student Volunteer Opportunities: Receive complimentary conference registration in exchange for volunteering during conference. Application deadline is September 11th.
