State Certification for K-12 Education

The graph and lists below detail that status of K-12 dance certification in the United States. Information on theatre certification is also provided, since theatre and dance are the two art forms that are commonly not included in K-12 curricula and programming. The NDEO works closely with national theatre associations to advocate for the inclusion of both dance and theatre in national assessments and statistical surveys.
