Professional Member: $95 a year
Includes persons in career paths of dance education: dance educators, dancers and choreographers, dance specialists in medicine/science and technology, arts educators and administrators, and members interested in dance. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education.
Ph.D. / Ed.D. Candidate Member: $95 a year
Includes students pursuing a Ph.D / Ed.D. in any field related to dance and dance education. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education.
Graduate Student Member: $65 a year
Includes matriculated full time graduate students pursuing Master's degrees. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education.
Undergraduate Student Member: $40 a year
Includes matriculated full time undergraduate students pursuing Bachelor's degrees. For an additional $25, undergraduate students may subscribe to the Journal of Dance Education.
High School Student Member: $35 a year
Includes any high school age student who is attending a high school or private dance studio. For an additional $25, high school age students may subscribe to the Journal of Dance Education.
Retiree Member: $55 a year
Includes persons retired from a career in professional dance education. For an additional $25, retirees may subscribe to the Journal of Dance Education.
Institutional Member-Studio, PreK-12, Performing Arts Organizations: $150 a year
Includes private studios/academies, PreK-12 schools, Performing Arts Organizations, State Arts Council and Alliances, Local Education Agencies, and any other organization that supports dance education. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education. Eligible to start a chapter of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) and can send two faculty members to National Conference under the institutional membership but separate conference fees will apply. Note: Only one contact name allowed on the account. This contact person is the one who receives the subscription to JODE and has access to the Online Forums and other member benefits. Should the contact person on the account get accepted to OPDI and want to register for a course, they would need to sign up for their own individual membership (Professional, Graduate, Undergraduate, Retiree, or PhD/EdD Membership).
Institutional Member-Higher Education: $200 a year
Includes colleges, universities, and institutions in postsecondary education that deliver dance programs or support the delivery of dance education. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education. Can send two faculty members to National Conference under the institutional membership - separate conference fees apply. Students of the Institution can join NDEO as as student member and are eligible for discounted rates on registration for National Conference. Note: Only one contact name allowed on the account. This contact person is the one who receives the subscription to JODE and has access to the Online Forums and other member benefits. Includes members of the business community that support NDEO and offer products or services of interest to NDEO members. Includes a subscription to the Journal of Dance Education and one free exhibit table at our annual National Conference. Receives mention in the NDEO annual Conference Program and is eligible for discounts on advertisement placed in our Conference Program book. Page listing in the NDEO online membership directory. Ability to contribute appropriate information through NDEO Online Forums.
